Why You Should Get Candlestick Patterns Books To Help You Learn
I have been an avid follower of the stock market & forex markets for years. I believe that you should be able to learn everything about investing from books and other sources, but sometimes it’s hard to find a good source for candlestick patterns.
The candlestick patterns books are a great tool for any trader to learn about the market and understand what is going on in the market.
Forex trading books are written with the hope that they will help traders make more money.
All candlestick patterns are not something that you can just read about. You need to practice them in order to really understand them.
If you want to start trading forex but are unsure where to start, these books may be exactly what you’re looking for.
Here’s The Deal:
I’m not going to recommend awful resources to you. Most websites fluff out their pages with utter rubbish books that you shouldn’t buy.
As a visitor to this page, you deserve the truth and something that will move the needle forward in your forex journey.
And trust me, most books on Amazon are TRASH.
So instead of doing the top 10 books for candlestick patterns books to flesh this page out, I’m not going to waste your time (or mine).
These books are GOLD STANDARD.
You can use any one of them and you’ll get what you need from them.

It was expensive but worth it. Some of the stuff in the book you won’t find plastered on the internet.
This book is:
Technical Analysis of the Financial Markets: A Comprehensive Guide to Trading Methods and Applications

Yes, it does say Futures Markets on the front cover. Here’s the thing, these patterns and everything within the book work for every market.
This book has over 1500 positive reviews on Amazon alone – and was the first book I was given to read as a trader by my boss.
Let me tell you – it’s heavy. Especially when it’s used to wake you up after a few lunchtime beers :).
This covers everything you need to know about technical analysis and has some lost candlestick patterns that you should learn about.
I think this book is a great resource for anyone looking to learn more about the technical analysis of the financial markets.
It gives you a comprehensive guide to trading methods and applications. It’s also a very easy read.
The author, John J. Murphy, does an excellent job of explaining the different types of technical analysis and how they work.

This Candlestick Patterns Book Is For Beginners
The last book I’ll recommend is another one suitable for any trader, but I’d recommend beginners to start here.
A lot of beginners overlook this book because it’s called Japanese Candlestick Charting Techniques.

Not realising that it means candlestick pattern trading.
It’s an old, but gold book.
This is a great book on candlestick patterns. I have been studying this technique for years and am now ready to share what I’ve learned with others.
The author’s presentation of the information is very clear and concise. It is well-organized and easy to read, especially for complete beginners.
The charts are great. They are clean and easy to read. The information is presented in an easy-to-understand manner.
The charts are the best part of the book. The author does a great job of explaining how to use the charts to trade.
He also goes into detail about the history and evolution of the Japanese candlestick charting technique.
I highly recommend this book. It is the perfect book to get you started with candlesticks.
Lots of others agree:

I’d agree with the reviews on Amazon, you can read them for yourself here before you grab a copy.
Does It Really Matter Which One?
Not really, they all cover the same aspects.
If you want a book focused on just candle patterns then Bulkowski’s or Nison’s are better.
I’ve been doing technical analysis for over 10 years and I’ve developed a strong bias toward technical analysis and charting (as well as using economic data flows).
Technical analysis DOES work, it just takes a little bit of practice.
If you are willing to practice then you will find that trading with technical analysis techniques will be a lot easier than trying to trade without any help from a charting program.
